Olive guides clients through complex financial matters post-separation, including pre-and post-nuptial agreements.

Her experience includes advising non-married couples. Acting for clients on a broad range of children matters, including but not limited to abductions, relocations and high-conflict custody cases.

Olive’s interaction, specifically with cases involving the two jurisdictions, provides her with a unique perspective on the specific concerns facing clients with lives or assets spanning across England and Kenya. Although the law has some similarities, these jurisdictions have cultural nuances that set them apart.
